In southern countries of the world children's rights are not protected for deficiencies and poverty, while here it is possible that an excess of stimuli produce inattention to the real needs of boys and girls. For the network of associations that organizes the conference "... And then we ???.." with a view to encourage the establishment of a Provincial Observatory on Children and adolescence and to promote the 'dialogue with the Regional Supervisor of the Child, already provided by existing regional legislation. The methodology of the conference will be structured group work with a landscape mode and participatory.
