2010 by The Volunteer Sea and the Tyrrhenian year the Public Service of Pisa Coast has launched an innovative project "Sea and Volunteering", which resulted in his headquarters in Marina Pisa fifty volunteers from different regions Italian as: Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna and Sardinia.
. Currently volunteers are present at ten, five of their revenue from the province of Milan and five from Milan city. All have been notified of the project from an email posted on the bulletin boards and their associations have decided to join the project to see how it actually works in a town less than theirs. But all agree that this way of working is very different mainly because the car is used in Lombardy and the medical doctor works with all associations and is diverted as needed while here in Tuscany, is still working with your doctor on board the ambulance. At the regional level we are more vanguard - Simone says Faravelli Corsico and belonging to the Green Cross APM -. On all of our ambulances is based on semi-automatic defibrillator while here there is only one manual for the exclusive use of the physician. Our training courses - always says Sara Kingdom of Corsica and the Green Cross APM are 120 hours for all, and is certified by the 118 here, however, there two levels, one basic and one advanced. The project will close September 25 and was organized by the volunteer Lorenzo Pagano while volunteers from outside were coordinated by Marco and Massimo Magri Duchini both responsible for the coordination of health services.
